My name is Emmanuel Gonzales, I participated in the 21 day October Challenge. I really love the challenge because it helped me feel like myself again I'm really enjoying my new lifestyle.
I wasn't sure about the challenge because I thought I would never have a chance of accomplishing it. I went from drinking two to three energy drinks a day just to get through my normal life activities.
Thanks to my coach, my team and this challenge, they changed my lifestyle.
I went from using two XL to L shirts in only 21 days, incredible, right? and wait, I was just like you, I wouldn't believe in myself, but because I believed in myself and my team, I did a dream work. good luck to you and everyone, if I did it, you can do it too.
- Emmanuel GonzalesMy name is Manasse, and I did the 21 day transformation challenge, the result that I got is, I got to build lean muscle mass, as you can see and just put on little extra healthy weight. I feel great about my results because I've always wanted to get, bigger and stronger, and I just I got to do just that, first the protein taste good, and then the second thing was, it's very convenient for you to get, the clean source of proteins, sometimes you work out and, you don't have time to cook or eat, so once you have those protein powders, they really come in handy and they're very convenient.
If my favorite thing about working with the coach was, the coaches are very knowledgeable, and they check on you every time, to make sure that everything is going well, phone calls, text messages, all of that, it’s really great.
One thing I Learned about the 21 day challenge is when you stay consistent, you can you can achieve all the results that that you, that you want, and the other thing I Learned about is.
When you work it's not about instant gratification, it's all about delayed gratification, you get to see the results that you wanted to see.
- Manasse AbelHi, I’m Shirle Wilke, and I'm one of the winners for the October we do transformation challenge. if I would say if I had a reservation about doing the contest, it would been that I wouldn't be able to complete it, and what I gained was huge, I gained motivation, I gained muscle mass, I lost fat tons and I got my root back in my health, in my journey, and would I recommend this program, yes I would, you give everything that we need to be successful, great coaches, great products, meal plans and exercise plans.
